1. How do I know I'm selecting the correct chains?

Firstly, if you are unsure just call or message us and we will be able to help you, but if you use our fitment guide it will show you the correct part number for your tyres. Remember always test fit your chains when you get them to ensure they are correct AND so you understand how to fit them correctly.

2. How long will delivery take?

Allow around 3-10 Business Days for delivery. If you need them sooner than this please call as we will be able to confirm the current dispatch times and arrange to expediate your order if needed.

3. How much is delivery? And do I need to be home to accept delivery?

Delivery is free. We do not charge delivery on any of our products. It is always free. Snow chains are delivered via Australia Post, and signature is required on receipt. If you want to have the product left with 'safe drop' then you can elect this through the Auspost website after you receive the tracking details.

4. How hard are the chains to fit?

Our snow chains are not complicated to fit, and they come with instructions on how to fit them in 8 steps. As always the first time will take the longest so we recommend you do this when you get them as its always better to do it first in your driveway rather than in a blizzard on the mountain.
