1. WHAT HAPPENS IF THE SEAT COVERS DON'T FIT?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason contact us and we will always do our best to either resolve your concerns or offer you a return option. If it's an error in our catalogue or a picking error by our dispatch team then we will pay all cost via replied paid return labels. If you have ordered the wrong item or changed your mind just post it back to us and we will send you back the correct one. Please see our detailed Return Policy if you would like more information.

2. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

The delivery times may vary depending on demand. In general you should allow 1-4 Business Days for your order to arrive. We will email out the tracking details on dispatch so you will be able to keep an eye on delivery progress.

3. HOW HARD ARE THE SEAT COVERS TO INSTALL?

Not hard at all. It can take 20-30 minutes to slip them on nice and tight but it's not difficult. Once they are installed you just need to tie up the straps on the base.

4. HOW DO I CLEAN THEM?

That will depend on how dirty you get them. If it's just a small mark you can clean them with some soapy water without removing them. But if you need to give them a full clean they can be removed, hand washed, then left to dry before being reinstalled.

5. ARE THEY OK TO INSTALL IF I HAVE A SIDE AIRBAGS IN MY SEATS?

Yes. The seat covers have special stitching in the location of the airbag that will tear when the airbag deploys. If you are unsure just look for 'Deploy Safe' in the product title at the top of this page, which confirms they are airbag safe.

6. WHY IS THE MATERIAL ON THE BACK DIFFERENT FROM THE FRONT?

The material on the back is an elasticated material and serves two purposes. Firstly it helps to keep the seat cover nice and tight on the seats and looking great, and secondly it keeps the cost of the seat covers down, as the expensive hard wearing material isn't required on the rear.
