1. WHAT HAPPENS IF THE MAT DOESN'T FIT?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason contact us and we will always do our best to either resolve your concerns or offer you a return option. If it's an error in our catalogue or a picking error by our dispatch team then we will pay all cost via replied paid return labels. If you have ordered the wrong item or changed your mind just post it back to us and we will send you back the correct one. Please see our detailed Return Policy if you would like more information.

2. HOW LONG WILL MY UTE MAT TAKE TO ARRIVE?

The delivery times may vary depending on demand (especially around Christmas time). In general you should allow 5-10 Business Days for delivery (longer if you are in a remote area). We will email out the tracking details on dispatch so you will be able to keep an eye on delivery from us.

3. HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY? AND DO I NEED TO BE HOME TO ACCEPT DELIVERY?

Delivery is free. We do not charge delivery on any of our products. It is always free. All our Ute Mats, Sportguards and Bedrugs are sent via courier. We recommend using a business address but home addresses are still acceptable. If you are not home your item will be left at your address, if it safe to do so. If not you will be left a card to arrange a second delivery at a time that is convenient for you.

4. WILL THE MAT MOVE AROUND IN THE TUB?

This is unlikely. The mat is made from a non-slip rubber and is quite heavy (11kg+ for a dual cab ute and 25kg for a SWB van).

5. CAN YOU ALSO MAKE A MAT FOR THE TAILGATE?

We do not make mats for the tailgate as we have no way to secure it.

6. WILL THIS MAT ALSO FIT A SINGLE CAB UTE?

Please check the vehicle and description details carefully at the top of the page. In most case the mat will only suit the dual cab models but for some vehicles we have mats for each cabin type. The fitment will be stated at the top of the page.

7. CAN I GET A MAT CUSTOM MADE?

No sorry we do not make one off Ute Mats. However if you contact us we may be able to sell you the meterage of rubber you require to make the mat yourself.
