1. Wrong item or changed your mind?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason contact us and we will always do our best to either resolve your concerns or offer a return option. If it's an error in our catalogue or picking error by our dispatch team, we will pay the shipping cost via replied paid return labels. If you have ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, just post it back to us and we will send you the correct one. Please see our detailed Return Policy if you would like more information.

2. How long will it take to arrive?

The delivery times may vary depending on demand. In general, you should allow 5 days for your item to dispatch. We will email out the tracking details on dispatch so you will be able to keep an eye on delivery progress.

3. How much is delivery?

Delivery is free. We do not charge delivery on any of our products.

4. Do I need to be home to accept delivery?

95% of our orders are delivered via Australia Post, and signature is required. If you are not home your order will be taken to your local post office for collection. Some orders for larger products (Ute Mats, Sportguards, and Bedrugs) are sent via a courier, in which case we recommend using a business address for delivery, but delivery to home is still ok.
