Holiday Order Deadlines

We don’t want you (or your mates) to be without the gifts and upgrades ordered for the big day. So to help you plan, and avoid disappointment, check out the info below. It provides a solid “order window” schedule for that bit of kit you / they need this summer.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, contact us and we will always do our best to either resolve your concerns or offer you a return option. If it’s an error in our catalogue or a picking error by our dispatch team, then we will pay all costs via replied paid return labels. If you have ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, just post it back to us and we will send you back the correct one. Please see our detailed Return Policy if you would like more information.

Yes and no. All our mats are designed to fit exactly in the floor of your specific make and model. The mats are likely to be very similar in shape to the genuine mats but we may make changes in some models to optimise floor coverage, reduce pedal interference and improve production efficiency. We also use a compatible retention system whenever possible.

The delivery times will vary depending on demand (especially during Christmas). For the most current dispatch estimate, please login to your account or check the FAQ section on the relevant product page(s). We will email out the tracking details on dispatch so you will be able to keep an eye on the delivery progress.

Delivery is always free and all orders are delivered via DHL.

This is very simple. Just email us an image of the wear, along with the details on the order, and we will send out a replacement to the details provided in your original order. Warranty claims are very rare. We sell over 20,000 products in Australia every year so we’re very confident in the quality of our materials.

Yes. All models that are fitted with a passenger side airbag will be compatible with our dash mats. For some older models that had the airbag as an optional extra, we will have two dash mats to suit and the airbag compatibility will be stated on the product page. Note: On some models, you will not be able to see any sign of the airbag on the dash, as they are well hidden, but you will be able to find a small ‘SRS Airbag’ impression on the dash to confirm the airbag is inside.

We work from a range of stocked colours. Unfortunately, this means we cannot make one off custom coloured carpets, edging and threads. The available colours are shown in the drop menu at the top of the page. If you are still unsure you can contact us using the contact us page with any questions.

If you are unsure you can always call us and we will be able to assist you with this. In general, we quote a year range for each vehicle and model, and some models can end and the new model start in the same year. In these cases, you need to check if your vehicle model started or finished in that year. The easiest way to do this is to search online for the year before and year after, looking for the image of your car.
